Due to the rapidly progressing nature of the COVID-19 Pandemic SPADA and the associated screen sector guilds are working hard to keep you up to date with the latest information. Please follow the document links below for the Screen Industry Health & Safety Policy Advice and the Declaration Form which is able to be adapted for individual productions.
(THIS IS A LIVING DOCUMENT – PLEASE CHECK FOR UPDATED VERSIONS REGULARLY AND UPDATE FOR YOUR PRODUCTION)
The page has a range of information, including how to keep yourself and others safe, action to take if you suspect you or someone you know has come into contact with the virus, and recent updates on information from the government around travel, how to manage your work and daily activity, and how to work together to limit the spread of COVID-19.
SPADA recommends all members and screen sector practitioners take steps to remain informed and prepared via the official channels. The Government has set up an official website which collates information from the Ministry of Health, SafeTravel, Work and Income, and a range of other departments, to provide a comprehensive resource for New Zealanders on the COVID-19 Pandemic. You can visit https://covid19.govt.nz/ to access information about health, financial support, travel restrictions, and the latest requirements around events and social interactions.
SPADA continues to provide support and guidance to Producers and the broader industry at this time. If you have questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 04 939 6936.
